Cold, beautiful, and ancient, Queen Mab governs this new world as the head of the new “Seelie Court” which includes the surviving rulers of the other Fae along with humans. Even after seven years after the Collision, there is considerable mistrust among the races. Her unenviable task is to try to create a new peace and she believes recruiting and training the new magic users will be key to that.
She is thousands of years old, a powerful mage in many areas (although she's lost some of her magic due to the Collision), a brilliant fighter, and a master tactician.
